Facility Rental

 

Our community center rents fully furnished and equipped hall, kitchen and meeting room. The renting rates are very fair. Kitchen rents for $400 per day, hall rents for $350 per day for members of ECCAE and $400 for non-members. Meeting room rents for $25 per hour.

 

Follow instructions below before you book the facility.

• Serving alcohol: If you are renting the facility for a party where alcohol is served, make sure you hire a security and present a copy of his/her security license. Also make sure that the alcohol beverages are purchased from a licensed liquor store.

• Damage deposit: pay a damage deposit of $500 (if you are member of ECCAE) $1000 (if you are non-member).

• Agreement form and payment: once agreed to the terms of renting agreement, fill in the renting form and pay the renting fee. Download the form here:
